Contact Management

Adding a New Contact:

  1. Tap "Contacts" while viewing a home screen
  2. Access the "Contacts" tab
  3. Tap the "+" icon and select to save the contact on the "Device", "SIM card", "Google" or "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
  4. Enter the contact's name and phone number in the appropriate fields
  5. If desired, type in any other type of information for the contact
  6. Tap "Save" when ready

Importing / Exporting Contacts:

  1. Open the "Contacts" app
  2. Go to the "Contacts" tab and press "Menu"
  3. Tap "Settings" > "Contacts"
  4. Tap "Import / Export"
  5. Select to:
    • Import from USB storage
    • Export to USB storage
    • Import from SD card
    • Export to SD card
    • Import from SIM card
    • Export to SIM card

Adding Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap "Phone" while on the home screen
  2. Touch the "Keypad" tab and press the "Menu" button
  3. Tap "Speed dial"
  4. Select the speed dial number you wish to use
  5. Tap the contact you want to associate with the speed dial number

Deleting a Contact:

  1. Launch the "Contacts" app and go to the tab with the same name
  2. Press" Menu"
  3. Tap "Delete" and mark the check boxes associated with the contacts you want to remove
  4. Tap "Done" and then press "OK"

Caller Group Management

Creating a Caller Group:

  1. Tap "Contacts" while viewing the home screen
  2. Tap the "Groups" icon located below" Favorites"
  3. Touch "Create" and enter the group's name
  4. Tap "Add member"
  5. Select the check box associated with the contact(s) you wish to add to the group
  6. Tap "Done" > "Save"

Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch the "Contacts" app
  2. Go to the "Groups" section
  3. Select the group you wish to edit
  4. Tap "+" and mark the check boxes associated with the contacts you want to add
  5. Tap "Done"
