Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes you can sync the contacts stored on your iPhone with your Google account, which then allows you to re-sync the contacts from the account with your Galaxy Mega 2. This method of contact transfer requires a computer with iTunes installed and access to the Internet

  1. Launch iTunes on the computer
  2. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  3. Once connected, the iPhone will appear in iTunes
  4. Click the iPhone to view its summary page
  5. Access the "Info" tab and mark the "Sync Contacts With" check box
  6. From the drop-down menu, select "Google Contacts"
  7. Add the Google account you want to sync. In case you have already added the desired Google account prior to following this guide, you can click "Configure" and select it from the list
  8. Click "Apply" to start the syncing process
  9. After the process is complete, sign in with your Google account on the Mega 2, and set it to sync contacts with your Android device

Via iCloud:

NOTE: If you've used the iCloud service on your iPhone before, then your contacts should already be stored on your iCloud account. You can access your account using a computer with Internet connectivity, and you can export these contacts for Android use.

  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in to your iCloud account
  3. Click "Contacts" and select the contacts you wish to share

  6. After the file is downloaded, import it to "Google Contacts" or alternatively, skip this step and follow the next one instead
  7. Connect the Galaxy Mega 2 to your computer via USB and copy the VCF file to the phone's storage. Next, launch the "Contacts" app, press "Menu" > "Settings" > "Contacts" > "Import / Export" and follow the on-screen steps to finish importing the file

Using "My Contacts Backup":

  6. Download the attached VCF file and import it to your phonebook using the "Contacts" application and the "Import" function

Using "Send Anywhere":

NOTE: Last but not least, you can use "Send Anywhere" for transferring your contacts - which is an iOS and Android application that uses a P2P connection to transfer contacts and various types of files cross-platform, without needing a computer.
