Enable Data Usage:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Go to Settings
- Swipe to Network Connections
- Tap Data usage
- Tap the Mobile Data switch to enable the feature
Enable Data Usage Limit:
- Go to Settings
- Under Network Connections, tap Data usage
- Ensure Mobile Data is enabled
- Check the box next to Limit mobile data usage
- Tap OK
- Drag the red horizontal line on the graph up or down to set a limit
- To set a data usage warning, drag the orange horizontal bar on the graph up or down (must be below the red line)
NOTE: When data usage reaches the orange bar, you will receive a warning. When data usage reaches the amount set by the red bar, mobile data will be automatically disabled.
View Data Usage by Application:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Launch Settings
- Swipe to Network Connections and tap Data usage
- If necessary, tap the Data usage cycle field to select a time period for seeing data usage. You can also drag the white bars to adjust the time period
- Scroll down to view data usage by application (largest to smallest)
