Use iTunes to Sync iPhone Contacts Using a Google Account:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access, you can sync the contacts on your iPhone with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the Samsung Galaxy Express 3.

  1. Open iTunes on the computer
  2. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  3. In iTunes, click the iPhone and access the “Info” tab
  4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Log in with your Google account, or click “Configure” and select an existing account if applicable
  6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
  7. After the sync is complete, switch to the Samsung Galaxy Express 3 and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
  8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android phone

Share Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your phone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in vCard format.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the PC
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account
  4. Access “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to share
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. Wait for the vCard to be downloaded on the PC, and once done, follow one of the steps below:
    • Import the vCard file to “Google Contacts” or:
    • Connect the Galaxy Express 3 to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and import its contents using “Contacts”

Via “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the methods above require access to a computer with an active Internet connection, alternatively you can share your contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and transfer iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Launch the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
  2. Open the app and tap “Backup” to create a backup file containing your contacts
  3. Once the file is done, tap “Email”
  4. Write a new email containing the vCard file as an attachment
  5. Send the email and the attachment to your own email address
  6. Switch to the Samsung device, open the email and download the vCard file
  7. Use “Contacts” to import the vCard’s contents to your phonebook

Via “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere for Android and iOS. The application uses a peer-to-peer connection to transfer contacts and other types of files without requiring a computer.

  1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Install the same app on the Samsung device via the Google Play Store
  3. Launch the app on both smartphones
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the contacts to share and tap “Send”
  6. Lastly, choose a transfer method, such as “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone, or “Receive” on the Samsung Galaxy Express 3, and follow the on-screen prompts
