Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call rejection”
  4. Tap “Auto reject list” and perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and, optionally, select a different “Match criteria”
    • To block calls from a call log entry or contact: tap “Logs” / “Contacts” and select the desired contact or call log entry
    • To block unknown callers: tap the “Unknown” switch to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Remove from spam”

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Tap “Settings” and enable “Spam filter”
  4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Perform one of the steps below:
    • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
    • Tap “Contacts” / “Inbox” and select a contact / phone number to block
    • Tap “Back”

Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Spam filter”
  5. Tap “Manage spam numbers” > “-“
  6. Tap “Back” to apply the changes

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Open “Settings”
  4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the call forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn off”
