Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Select “Block numbers” and following one of the steps below:
    1. To enter and block a phone number manually: Write the number, and optionally select a different match criteria other than “Exactly the same as (default)
    2. To search for and block a number from phonebook / call logs: tap “Contacts”, select “Contacts” or “Logs”, and tap the number / contact you want to block
    3. To block unknown phone numbers: tap the “Block anonymous calls” switch to “ON

Unblock Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Access “Settings” > “Block numbers
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the contact / phone number you want to unblock

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Tap “More settings
  4. Access “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Turn ON

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Select “More settings” > “Call forwarding
  4. Choose to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Turn ON

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu
  2. Tap “Settings” > “More settings
  3. Select “Call forwarding
  4. Tap “Always forward” or a different forwarding option you want to disable”
  5. Tap “Turn off

Manage Caller ID:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Show my caller ID
  4. Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Access the “Logs” tab
  3. To view details about a call log entry, tap it
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Delete
  5. Then, select the call log entries you want to delete, or checkmark “All
  6. Tap “Delete” to confirm
