Can anyone tell me why when using Easy Studios PIMS and File manager the icons for image and tone to phone are not accesible when the phone is connected. I can only open them when offline ??? When the phone is connected via the cable they remain grey ????

I can use file manager to upload images and tones but once they are on you can't remove them ????
