Help Getting Wallpaper from PC to Phone

Hi. I just upgraded my old Motorola StarTAC with a nice new Samsung SCH-a670. I want to use my own wallpaper.

I have no problem with designing the wallpaper or hosting the actual image on my website. I just don't know how to get the wallpaper to my phone from my PC or the internet.

I don't think there is a datacable for my model yet. So sticking with getting the wallpaper to the phone by web, how do I do it?

Can I just point my phone browser to http://www.mysite.com/wallpaper.jpg? Or do I need to do something more complicated like great a WAP compatable page first?

Are there any site that offer space to upload a wallpaper and then use your phone to access the uploaded image and download it all for free?

on my phone you can just point it to the image but if that doesnt work try setting up a wap server it only took me like 5 min.

Yeah just connect straight to the jpeg file and dat will work, da same as midi files!

how do you set up a wap server?

You dont need a wap server! sometin like geocities will do! any kind of hosting! and den u just upload your file and connect to it from your fone!

I have a Sanyo 8300... how do I get pics from a website to my phone so I can use them for my screensaver?
