Can I Get Bluetooth AND VoiceSignal?

I'm new to this; still using my Motorola V60. I need a new phone.

I'm trying to find a cell phone that has bluetooth and speaker-independent voice dialing (i.e. VoiceSignal).

Is there one out there either CDMA or GSM?

So this means Samsung has no plans to add Bluetooth?
