OK, her goes. i used to have an x427 with rev v1.3, and i had unlocked it to use it with my t-mobile account. with the universal *#9998*3323# and that worked just dandy. recently i took a drunken dip in a pool, and decided to take my x427 with me. so i had to purchase a new phone...... but this was also a cingular, but i thought it would be no problem to unlock. and now i get error messages when trying to enter the ulock code. I also tried the *2767*688MYIMEI# and that did'nt work. are there any other suggestions, or codes anybody can provide me with!!!!!!!! please, i hate going w/o a phone...... its my link to the world!

    same issue

I have the same issue with the same rev. 1.7 x427. Ive been searching for a method to unlock this phone but nothing seems to work. If i find anything i will post the info. I'm looking hard and working from the inside of the cellular community so sit tight and i'll post any new findings.

You need a cable to unlock that phone. They removed the code after revision 1.5 was no longer the newest
Cell phones unlocking is like opening a door. It's not about what's behind the door. It's the fact that there is someone else's lock on one of your doors.

x426 Unlocking, Software, Firmware, Mods, Codes, and Assembly are all available at my site, along with many other resources for Samsung phones.
