Problems downloading ringtones to an e700

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased a data cable for my mom´s e700 - she was begging me desperately to get her a normal ringtone on it - and also downloaded EasyStudio from Samsung´s site. I downloaded from here a ringtone, sounded great on my pc..... then I wanted to download it to the phone and that´s when it started going wrong. It would download the tone but then, when I play it on the phone, it only produces like... I don´t know, like the very beginning of the tone in slo-mo!

The tone is an old phone ringtone, it´s nothing fancy, quite simple actually, But instead of a normal ringtone what I get is just random beeps.....

Any ideas why this might happen?
