I just got this phone and i cant seen to find any good ringtones. By good i mean ringtones of songs that actually have words in them and actually sound like the song. Is this phone not capable of those types of ringtones?

I just got this phone too. Are there any places on-line we can get ringtones, or do they all have to go through that thing on the phone?

Memo
U can get ring tones with the words and for cheap. all u have 2 do is record a song as a voice memo. then send a pic with the memo attached as a sound 2 your self. when u get the pic u can save the sound by hitting otions then scroll down to 5 the scroll left till it says SAVE SOUND. then it should be under ringtones. and it will play as loud a u record it on the little speaker on the out side

wav
I think the voice memos are in WAV.
I found a new way to get wav not mp3 ring tones.
You need acoustica mp3 mixer or something similar.
(THIS IS FOR THE A-670 FOR VERIZON)
First you up load an mp3 to the program.
then you crop it down to about 20 seconds.
then you save it. at the save screen go to the bottom menu and select to save as WAV format. MAKE SURE YOU WERE YOU SAVE IT TO.
then set the sample rate to 22,000.
THEN GO HERE https://www.vzwpix.com/login.do
LOG IN OR CREAT AN ACCOUNT. ITS FREE.
after you log in send a message. to your self with the WAV file.
(NOTE)
you have to play with the volume and such on what ever you use to crop and encode your sound.
after you get it on your phone save the sound.
SO IN OTHER WORDS
JUST CROP UR SOUND TO 20 SECONDS AND MAKE SURE ITS A WAV. FILE AND ITS RATE IS AT 22,000. THEN SEND IT TO YOUR SELF USING PIX PLACE

Will this method also work on an a650? When I tried to send it, the phone got a text msg that said "You got a pix or flix msg. To see it, go to www......." [on the internet]--the wav file isnt sent.
Im using data pilot for the phone book. It also has a musical composer but its midi. Other than changing the wav to a midi, is there a way to use data pilot to upload it?

Get yourself a data cable and go to http://a670.proboards43.com/ to learn how to do it the right way.
