I have a SCH-a670 phone and the earpiece volume is too loud. Everyone in the room can hear what the other person is saying to me on the phone. And, it is so loud I can't hold it up to my ear. I haven't figured out how to lower the volume of the earpiece.... and there is nothing in the manual. Can you help?
