It depends on what phone ur using,... usually it's using a cable or through WAP, but i'm not sure bout ur phone,... better to post this in the Samsung section

go on samsung's website and download easyGPRS, u'll need a datacable though, i bought mine off ebay for like 10 bucks, hope this helps
