Samsung E315 picture caller id help

Hey, I recently got a Samsung E315 phone from T-mobile, and I'm trying to get the picture caller id function to work but I can't. I took a picture then went to the options and set as picture caller id then chose the number i wanted the picture to go with. However, when the person called the picture didn't show up on the outside like they said it should, it was just the number. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make it work?

make sure you push "ok" or "apply" or whatever so it saves the picture to the ringer id. that should fix it

I did, and it said "Saved" yet it still doesn't work. I wish it did, that's half the reason I got this phone.

This happened to me also. Try making sure the area code is included in your saved number. It worked for me.

Make sure that you have the area code saved in your phone book for the person that you are trying to save the photo for.. I saved all the numbers in my phone book with no area codes and photo id or caller id wouldnt work...it just showed the numbers... try that....
