My Samsung x427 phone resets the outgoing and incoming call timers after 24 hours. It starts back at 00:00:00 once this occurs. Is there a way to prevent this? I'm asking because I recently upgraded to the x427m and because it is brand new I'd like a running total, I do not want the timers to reset! Thank you for any help, much appreciated.
