    Can the SCH-A670 record things such as songs and then set them as ringers for people? And does this phone allow you to set individual ringers for people?

    Yes you can assign different ringtones to different people. You can also assign different picture id's for them.

    First, you are going to need a Data Cable. You can get those is Ebay. After you get the cable you can start downloading pictures and ringtones to your phone.
