A670 help please

hi all.... i was wondering if someone can give me a hand here please....
i have an a670, got the usb cable, when i hook it up my computer says "USB, blah blah blah"
i got bitpim and the "SSCD" drivers....
but it's still not working....

any suggestions??

Try the usb drivers in the Files section of this site (you must log in with a Yahoo account):

Once you have BitPim working go into settins and just make sure the port you have selected is the right port and that it is working. It could be that the default port in BitPim is not the port of your phone.

ok, im helping a friend of mine get ringtones on her phone...I have the x427m...she has the sch-A670...I got her the usb cable, got bitpim, says I need the "Quallcomm convertor 3.0"??? I tried to download it, and extract it to one of the three places bitpim looked for it in, wont let me extract there...I'm like WTF?!?! Can I use Easy GPRS for this phone model..even though its a verizon...and if not, give me a good, easy to use program, for a girl, that you can convert ringtones into a A670 format, and send to your phone, easily...plz...
