E600

Hi all

I have a samsung E600 cell fone. I have a cable and the software for the fone. The problem im having is that i cant download my videos from my fone to my computer.The software only allows my pics to be downloaded to my comp. How do i get my videos to my computer?

I just answered that question to another user. Are you using Easy Studio? Does the file manager (selectable from the menu) not do the trick? Another user tried Easy GPRS, which in my opinion is just for connecting to the net etc. Try the main Easy Studio software. You can find it on the net.

Go to http://www.samsung.com/download/index.aspx?agreement=y and select your phone model and download the right software (quite a large download!! 60MB+).
