How do i get free ringtones onto my phone?? (samsung a-500)

i need help!
whats with all those numbers like:

4 ** 4 ** 4 ** 4 2# ** ** 1# ** ** 1# 2# ** 2# ** 2# ** 1# 1 ** ** 6# ** ** 4 ** 4 ** 4 2# 4 1#

and what do i do with them?

I am pretty sure those are for your internal sound creater. if you have one on your phone you have to go into it and type that out. If i were you i woulnd hassle with it they usually are very poor quality.
