a USB to CellPhone Cable for my A660 (help)!

So I am thinking of purchasing a cable that is usb to cellphone so I can put things from my computer on it, mainly for pictures and ringtones. I want to know if it is possible to put a ringtone onto the cell phone from the computer since I dont have internet access on my cellphone. Thanks in advance
