you can either use cable, ir, or just email them to your phone.

thx but how do i get an email acount for the phone cos i dont have a data cable for it and no infa red on me comp.

^that would have to be through your service provider (t-mobile?)
up here in vancouver, bc...i'm on fido and they can set up phones with a [email protected] email address that sends emails directly to your phone

with t mobile your email account should be as follows for the phone:

<yournumber>tmomail.net

forgot the @ also, < > is not included in the address
