EasyStudio PIMS & File Manager

I downloaded EasyStudio, but when it connects to my phone, it gets to "Loading the MS's Organiser Data" and freezes. Is this a problem with the software? Is this a common problem?

Instead of using Easy Studio, try the latest S/W SGH-E317 PC Studio PIMS (ver.1.0) from Samsung:

how long have you waited. sometimes it does look like it froze but it hasn't. after a while it continues. mostly i have this problem with sms messages.

I tried installing / uninstalling this software twice now
I can't get it to work with a bluetooth connection, the phone prompts for a serial connection, to which I reply yes I see the bluetotth icon change from blue to red, but the software just sits there showing nothing, the status bar show the switched off light bulb & Nothing.

Anyone else got the same problems?

Have you setup PIMS to use bluetooth? Click File - setup, under Ports change it to bluetooth.

Yeah, I've set the port to COM10 which is configured as a serial port on bluetooth, I can also send and receive images to and from my PC on this port but PIMS doesn't seem to hold the connection when running, like I said before I get the phone to prompt me to serial connect reply with a yes but then Nothing.

i installed EasyStudio II File Manager on my computer but for some reason i cant see the folders on my phone like photo album, and video album and on the bottom it says im offline...i did it before but i had to reformat my computer and i dont remember how i did it the first time...can anyone please help ? thanks
