Help!! System Freeze When Installing CDMA Drivers!!!

Hey everyone,

I've got an annoying problem...everytime I try to install CDMA drivers for my Samsung a-670 phone the computer freezes when it gets to installing the "sscdcmnt.sys" file in the windows/system32/drivers directory...I cant ctrl-alt-del out of it either, i have to hardboot

Im at a loss here, ive tried multiple downloads, Im going to try installing in safe mode and see what happens, but if anyone has a solution or maybe some alternatives, I'm all ears...
