Does easy gprs works with SCH-A610?

Like NO ONE replied my first post, i would like to know if i can use Easy gprs for saving the pics of my cel to my pc and if anyone can give me a link where i can download it or another FREE SOFTWARE, cause i searched in samsung.com and i got nothing.

The software that you need is PCLink 2000 which you can get from Samsung web site. The way to search over Samsung web site is when you open the Samsung home page: http://www.samsung.com On the top right corner, you can find a small search box which you can enter the information you need to search, such as A610. What language do you use? I ask that because it is difficult to find English version for PCLink 2000, you can find Korean version as well as Spanish and Portuguese version. Search for A610 and you can find the Korean version. Search for A680 and you can find the Spanish and Portuguese version. Good Luck!

I Tried to search pc link 2000 but for my model (SCH-A610) it's only available the korean version, i would like to know if the version available for A680 it's compatible for SCH-A610?

You are right, only Korean version is available for A610 and I guess the other version for A680 should also work for A610. Why not give it a try and let us know?

i downloaded the manual for pc link 2000 for A680 and specify the models that support the software, and doesn't support mine. i'm afraid to use it anyway cause can damage my cellphone.i heard about Easy gprs, what can u tell me about it?

I won't recommend EasyGPRS if you worry about demaging you phone since EasyGPRS is for GSM phone but A610 is CDMA and PCLink 2000 is for Samsung CDMA phone. I believe as long as it is PCLink 2000, it should work for your phone. If I have to try, I will try PCLink instead of EasyGPRS. The only case that you may demage your phone is when you use the wrong cable (one that is not compatible with your phone). However, I agree with you that if you have any doubt, you should play safe.

Another option that you can try is other softwares like Futuredial or Datapilot but they are not free. I saw your other post that you have tried Datapilot before and it worked once but not anymore now. Why don't you contact Datapilot and ask for their technical support. When is the last time you did virus and Adware scan? Is it possible that your computer has some problem?
