Samsung A660 Question

I have been using MIDI tones for a long time now because its extremely difficult for me to make real tones that do not come out garbled on my phone. Does anyone know settings I should make the wav. file out to be before I turn it into the QCP file? As in bit rate and all that stuff? Thanks!
