Samsung D500 3gp converting ....please help

Hi all, I have been puzzling trying to convert video files to 3gp. Converting is not the problem but once converted the quality of the convertion deteriorates the clarity of video. I have seen high resolution 3gp video and was wondering if any one knew where i could get software that converts an exact replica.
