A670 internal phone software (bone to pick)

Here's a bone to pick with the phone nerds who designed the software for the A670.. shouldn't I be able to go through my contacts, find someone.. and THEN choose to send them a text message? It makes me go to Messaging.. then Send Message.. and then I can go through contacts to find them.

While I'm at it, I'd also like to be able to easily send the same message to several people. On my old phone, I could send the same message to 10 different people in the same outgoing message. Maybe there is a way to do this on the A670 (like a comma between number or something??), but it's not obvious.

no what u have to do is save it as a canned message and then send it to many people

I've been sending one, then going to the OUTBOX, selecting the message I just sent... then selecting OPTIONS, Re-Send, then Edit Send To. I select the next person from my contacts, and press send.

Then repeat.

Yes.. making it a canned message would do the trick too.. still not as easy as it could be.

next model up, a680, seems to be able to carbon copy send messages to whoever I mark in my phone book, so I think that problems been solved.
