The E-715 that I baught was around $300. You should get quite a bit for $300 don't you think? Well you sure don't get reliability, in fact I've gone thru now 4 different refurbs of my original phone! 4! The original had the scrren wash out after about 4 months, the next could get no reception even in T-Mobile "Green" areas, the second I could not hear anyone on the other end of the line, the third it's camera feature failed after a couple of months and last but not least the fourth and final had something like a 5 second delay from when you pushed a button before the phone would actually do anything. (Fun Stuff) So if you have an E-715 i would suggest taking it down to wherever you baught it and throwing it directly into the face of the guy that sold it to you, and deman that he/she give you your money back (Or you'll get a home phone and really wail it at there face!). What's the solution? Yell at T-mobile for about 3 weeks before they'll send you a new phone. I'm finally getting a d-415 (for free) so if you have the same problem accept nothing less than a complete upgrade for all of the ****ing trouble samsung has caused you.
Love Casey
MOD EDIT: TRY TO KEEP IT LESS VULGAR, THIS IS A SITE FOR ALL AGES!

That's the most fair and accurate review ever. I don't know who this guy is but he's probably a genius.
