a740 black screen after intro

was up

hay! got a friend with a a740 that goes to a black screen
after the intro
she also states that the phone gets a battery dis-connected
message

i put the charger on it and the screen say's charging for about 3 or 4 sec
then black screen

i checked the voltage (no load) the battery read's 4.16 or so

allegedely the phone took quick swim but is dried out 1 week later
not sure if this is related or not

is it possable that someone entered a code to maybe powersave or something
and if so and we cant type any numbers(black screen nothing registars)then how do we.........

Im sorry but I think there is a defect in the phone. you should call the company up and ask them for advice... but if u want to be the hero, I would by her a new phone lol jk

yea we called the company and they instantly said it was
abuse and i never mentioned anything
