Whoops..

Hello, I'm the new owner of a Samsung e715, and yes, unfortunately I have the screen issue. ( I bought the phone used, I guess a mistake when it comes to this model). But anywho, as you probably already know this is a T-Mobile phone. I, however, am I Cingular customer. This phone is unlocked, but is there any way to get my Cingular internet to work with this phone? Thank you for any comments or help.

yes. Usually, you cant! lol... call cingular and tell them you have a Cingular phone, but that phone MUST be simmilar to the one you have. Tell them you have Cingular's web, and ask them to help you because it wont connect. Now... you wont be able to download anything regardless, though.

I'll try that, but I don't know of a phone similar to this that Cingular has carried. I'll keep looking though, and if anyone knows of one let me know please please !! Thanks

the P777 is simmilar in software, try that.
