samsung IMEI

hi there i was wondering if anyone could help me.i have a samsung E720 thats has been blocked/barred i have read on the internet it looks quite easy to change and write a new imei number so it will work in the uk again,does anyone know any software that can use to do it and the cable i need or bluetooth dongle and instructions on how to use the program so i could do it myself your help will be very much appreciated email me at adam560@hotmail.com many thanks

Its illlegal to change an IMEI ANYWHERE!! sounds like its stolen. Your phone is usless without a working IMEI. Its pretty much worthless too... so, id say, try to sell it on ebay, but say it has a blocked IMEI

Make sure you put down that it has a blocked IMEI. Don't try and sell it any other way. You'll get in some serious trouble if you try and sell it without saying that.
