Samsung D600: How do I install JAVA games?

I JUST bought a Samsung D600. I love it, however, i can not figure out how to install downloaded java games! Please help me with these questions:

How do i install java games on my Samsung D600?

How do install ANY applications on my D600?

What format do the game files have to be in when i install them to my phone memory?

Where in the phones memory do i install these game files?

Go to applications/java world/options in the options menu go to the networksettings and fill in this:
APN : internet

username : <leave blank>

password : <leave blank>

proxy OFF

save settings
