for x-mas my parents got me my data cable for my samsung a740 phone but when i installed it it said that it cant make ringtones for my phone dose any one no why it wont make ringtones for my phone? cuz i looked at it and read it and it said that it could do ringtones for my phone but no its saying that i cant, can someone plzz help me plzz???
