    I have a samsung sch-a850 cell phone. and it has external caller ID, when somebody calls on the external caller ID it says call from... and then it says the number ***-***-**** with no name, then I flip open my phone to see who it is calling (by name) and once again it only says the number ***-***-**** (no name), does anybody know how to get my phone to display NAMES? - I'm on a verizon plan.
