Samsung a670 ringtone problem

I am trying to put ringtones on an a670 with my data cable. I am using Bitpim 0.08.06. Everytime I try to "add" a song from my folder, it brings up the correct screen where you convert the song and choose what part you want. When I click the convert button, it tells me that the Quallcomm Pure Voice converter was not found. I downloaded the PureVoice converter, but I am clueless on all the converter stuff. Is there any other way around this. Please help.

Try adding the folder containing the converter to your path statement, or add it to C:\WINDOWS
