I have pluged the usb cable in everything installed fine as far as that but when I go to plut the phone in the phone goes dead and you have to take the battery off then back on to make it start back up and of course unplug it from the computer. Any suggestions PLEASE thanks alot in advance. | ||||||

There's acctuall a few problems that I can notice: 1. Drivers? are they right? 2. Do you have the right software installed? 3/ You may have to re-flash your phone i had an mp3 player do that on me
