Well first of all it was dropped into the toilet.

Anyway it won't come on without the power cord hooked up, and when it does it takes about 40-50 seconds to charge then it says its charged then crashes. But if i turn it on without it saying its charged all the way it will comon then either go off or crash. I'm thinkin it might have somthing to to with the battery or the peice between the battery and the power cord. Or Probably the whole phones just screwed.

You killed it. It has water damage, and is not covered by any warentee, if any phone get's wet, let it dry out for 48 hours before attempting to turn it on. If you're just gonna throw it out, lemme know, I'm trying to start repairing phones.

LOL! Just to let you know, you can't really get money for a water damaged phone... like I said, I take broken phones and work with them, but I don't have money to go and throw around like that, lol. If you wanna just send me the phone and I'll refund your shipping, we can do that as long as I have a reciepte.
