my samsung a850 doesnt start up. i press the power button and it starts up halfway then starts the boot process all over again. verizon wont fix it for me because i have an 800 dollar bill for one month, they dont know how to bill correctly so i aint paying it till i get it solved. but for now i need a phone. does anybody know how to reset the phone?
