Yes, you would need to upload them with a data cable (found here: Samsung SGH-t319, t319 Accessories - Samsung) and a program such as EasyStudio or easyGPRS

(damn you google) well, you get the idea, google t319 data cable, and search ebay, see what you can come up with. Prices range from $10 - $15 usually

maybe charger port, Ive managed to get midis but can't get mp3s without the cable. So does anyone have the site where you can send mp3s to a t-mobile phone without going through the browser on the phone?

that's impossible without sending a WAP push, and even then, you must use the brower. You must buy a data cable if you want mp3s, they like us to spend money.

The data cable WOULD be plugged into the charger port. Almost all phones are.

I have this exact same problem. I bought my data cable from cellphoneshop.net and i cannot get my computer and phone to recognize each other at all. I installed Samsung PC Studio 3 because it was listed as a download for this phone on their website, that still didn't change anything.
