Okay, so I just got this Samsung a900 in the mail yesterday from Sprint...as usual something was wrong with my bill and the billing department refused to send me to customer service because I knew it had something to do with the phone charge issues...After arguing with the billing rep, and I've considered this for a year now, I told her I want to cancel my account...blah blah, the cancellation dept. tries to talk me out of it, I say no. No matter what they try to do I'll run into another issue in a month or so...Cancel me...now I am stuck. What can I do with this $350 phone? I've tried finding reprogramming sites, unlock codes (no
sim card so obviously not a choice), cloning is illegal and too high-tech for me. What the heck can I do??? thanks for any advice u can give? If not publicly then at least in im?
