I have a Verizon Samsung blah blah, and I have absolutely NO idea how to change the answering machine. I know it's pretty easy because I've done this before, but I'm lost and I need to change the answering machine. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Call your voicemail and follow the instructions. If you don't know your voicemail hot key, call your provider.
