Wonderful wiki listing. I downloaded a copy in case Samsung tries to delete it.
I've been checking in since just after I bought my phone and discovered the blue tooth connection creates invalid signatures. I suspect that this needs a secret pass code in order to get it to work.
I do have the USB cable and am using the QPST 2.7 software to browse my phone, but have been blocked at retrieving files from the
brew folder. I suspect that I need to use a non-standard ftp port for this folder.
I haven't tried the BitPim utility yet, but will when I have more time to research.
I also needed some access codes in order to get into certain areas, and will try some of the codes you have listed. so far, the only apparent impact of an invalid code is that the phone will disable the data & diagnostic ports for 7 or so seconds.
For what it's worth, I did find that doing a port scan is a great way to reboot this phone, and might explain why my access application folder was suddenly cleaned out (bye bye tetris). Be careful which port you poll as some appear booby trapped.
Keep up the good work.
