Samsung A930 Data Cable & Software

I simply want to be able to transfer data (contacts, etc) between my A930 and PC. I purchased the MobileAction Mobile Phone Mgmt Tool software & cable, but am unable to get it to work. I contacted MobileAction support, and the problem is that when I plug the cable into my WinXP Professional PC, the PC assigns the driver to the cable, and not the software, so the software won't work. Need to send the package back for a refund. Does anyone know where I can get cable & software that will work?

I'm using the DataPilot Universal kit and it works fine.
You have to load the USB drivers before you plug it in.
Maybe the same with yours.
I have several other USB pieces of hardware that came with a red and white piece of tape on the USB plug so you would not plug in until you had loaded the driver.
