samsung t519 (trace) keypad frozen

the keypad to my samsung t519 stopped working. when someone calls it flashes and says who is calling but i cant answer it. how can i fix this? thank you.

Does it not work only when some one is calling or can you not type in phone numbers to place calls? Is it all the buttons or just the send button? How long have you had the phone?

the entire keypad is always frozen except when its off and and i press the power button. i called t mobile and ordered a replacement. does anyone know how i can get all my number that were stored on the phone without using the keypad?
