I have a Samsung t209, with a pre-paid plan from T-Mobile.

Can anyone tell me if there is a plain old ring tone that I can download to my phone... not music, not a voice... something closer to the sound of a regular land-line phone?

Also, I have an email sitting in the the inbox of my Picture Messages folder that will not go away. When I delete it, it seems to have disappeared, but when I turn the phone off and then back on, it is back in the inbox. How do I get rid of it?

I am a newbie, so specific directions are appreciated.
