    It appeaqrs that the Samsung site is lacking serious info...
    Some Samsung/Sprint products not found on the above site can possibly be found on this Sprint site

    It also appears that to find the answer you must search the FAQ's for your model.
    ie: this is how I found how to assign ringtones
