Does anyone know how to set caller id photos on the SGH-a707 (SYNC) ???

I have had this phone for 2 weeks. I can't find a way for the picture caller ID to work. What I am talking about is when someone calls me their picture shows up. I can't get it to work and I am almost positive I have tried every possilbe way. Can anyone please help me !?!?!?

Another way to do it is from the contact address book entry itself. Either while you're entering a contact into the address book or if the contact is already there, you want to be at the screen where you can or are entering the contact info, if you scroll down you will see "caller id", highlight that box and press enter, you will be taken directly to your graphics folder where you can select what picture you want to use for said contact.
