I had the Env 9900 for a few months until I lost it (I didn't have insurance) It was OK, but I had some charging issues on it. I used my wife's "new every 2" to get the U740. So far the features are very similar to the Env. The key board is a little awkward, but it's worth it for the smaller size phone. I also like not having a keyboard on the face plate. Even with the time lock feature, I managed to punch a few buttons every time I put it in my pocket. | |||||||
