Samsung SCH A930 fax help

I tried to use my phone as a fax(Verizon wireless). connecting to my laptop with data cable i can send fax with WinFaxPro. but i can not receive fax. phone get a call but there is no fax signal from WinFaxPro. WinFaxPro tries to answer - dialog "Answering" appears and closes in a second several times till call ends.
may be someone has an idea how to fix this.

I fond what was the problem - to receive fax data call option in a phone must be turned on.
